By placing an order with Aimee-Cherie Intimates you agree to the following.

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, (ie. the size was not correct or you don’t like the colour) you can return the articles for an exchange or credit note only.

Please contact customer care to receive an exchange form at info@aimeecherieintimates.com

Eligible articles must be returned in their original state; unworn, undamaged and with their labels and original packaging attached.
(Items may be refused for exchange when not in an acceptable condition).
Items must be returned within 14 days. 

Faulty items will only be accepted if unworn and notified within 60 days.

Bottoms cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Any items purchased on sale cannot be returned and are deemed a final sale.
(This does not include your newsletter sign up discount.)

Please note that the return shipping cost for Australian customers to us is at the expense of the customer but we will pay for your exchanged items to the posted back to you.

For international customers, the return shipping cost to us is at your expense both ways, but we will waive the cost for your changed items to be shipped back to you if the order value exceeds $250.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, Aimee-Cherie Intimates reserves the right to present the customer with a credit note or the choice of another product of equal or lesser value (strictly no refund as this does deem the product as faulty).

As most items are pre-ordered your exchange will be made as soon as possible but may incur a small delay to fit into our in-house production.

Orders are STRICTLY final once placed and cannot be cancelled.

Discounts and promotional codes are only able to be applied at time of purchase and cannot be applied to orders placed before time of promotion.

Discounts and promotional offers such as 'free articles' are not eligible to be refunded and are considered a final sale. Returns cannot be made of paid articles in conjunction with the customer keeping the free promotional article/s.
