COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $150

Order dispatch times are stated on each product page, please be sure to read these carefully as our Bowie bamboo range is ready to ship the next day, but our Maisie and Penny ranges are handmade in Melbourne and may take a few extra weeks. 
 
We believe in well-made intimates that will last you for years to come because they’ve been thoughtfully produced. Hopefully a short wait for something that you’ll be able to enjoy for much longer resonates with you as well.

If you're ordering a mix of pieces made to order in Melbourne, and some of the stock we have on hand from the Bowie range we suggest you may want to place two separate orders if you'd like the Bowie pieces sooner.

Please note we use the same satchels and service for all orders regardless if they are on pre-order or not.

International shipping offers two options with Australia Post:

Express Tracked Shipping: 
Express Tracked Shipping is estimated to deliver within 4-6 business days (approximately) after production. Please note this time frame may differ currently due to circumstances out of our control with Covid-19 still hugely impacting all delivery partners and customs.

Standard Tracked Shipping:
Standard Tracked Shipping is estimated to deliver within 6+ business days (approximately) after production. This option is recommended for parcels that are non-urgent as they can sometimes be delayed in customs.

Lost or Missing Parcels
 
Aimee-Cherie Intimates is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the Australia Post. Please report all missing parcels with Australia Post.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout Aimee-Cherie Intimates is not responsible for locating the parcel.
We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Custom Taxes and Duties
 
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, and will be due upon collection or delivery of the order.

All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you chose to refuse any shipments upon delivery).

Customs require that we state the exact value of your order directly on your parcel.

Taxes and fees are based on many different reasons (location, item value, material etc), and we have no control over these fees.

We do not collect or pay for any of these fees, nor are we able to calculate them for each state or territory.

Any parcels that are delivered back to our HQ due to being uncollected or an incorrect postal address being supplied on the customers behalf, will result in the customer having a choice of the parcel being redelivered (at the cost of another postage fee). You must respond to our email within 7 days to be eligible to have your parcel redelivered. If you do not respond within 7 business days we deem the right to cancel the order without refund.
 
We do not take responsibility for parcels that have been returned to us by the post, due to incorrect postal addresses being supplied on the customers behalf, or an inability by the postal service to deliver such parcel.
These parcels are not deemed faulty.
 
Orders STRICTLY cannot be refunded due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the postal service which are then returned to our studio. Please ensure the address you provide us with at the checkout is one that can be easily delivered to. No responsibility will be taken by Aimee-Cherie Intimates for parcels that the postal service is unable to deliver for any reason.

Please advise Aimee-Cherie Intimates of any undelivered parcels within a reasonable time frame. Tracking numbers are only held for 30 days, and we unfortunately cannot assist after this time. We encourage all customers to be proactive in any parcel they assume should've arrived, and not to delay enquiry a number of months later.
